(一) 注释格式要求
(I) Requirements for Notes
注释采用脚注方式，当页排，页与页不连续编号，以阿拉伯数字加圆圈标识，如“①”。注释一般是对正文特定内容的补充与解释说明, 正文中的注释序号统一置于包含引文的句子(或者词或词组)或段落标点符号之后。
Notes use footnotes, placed at the bottom of the current page, not continuously numbered across pages, marked with circled Arabic numerals like "①".
(二) 参考文献格式要求
(II) Requirements for References
以[1][2]...序号标识，连续编号，采用尾注的方式。格式参考如下：
Identified by [1][2]... numbers, sequentially numbered, using the endnote method. Format as follows:

1. 图1. Figures
- (1) 图在文中的布局要合理, 一般随文编排, 先见文字后见图。(1) Layout should be reasonable, text before figure.
- (2) 图序采用阿拉伯数字编号（图1、图2...）; 图题应简明, 图序和图题之间空一格, 居中置于图下。(2) Numbers use Arabic numerals. Title centered below figure.
- (3) 曲线图的纵横坐标必须标注“量”和“单位”, 并与正文中一致。(3) Graphs must label metrics and units.
- (4) 照片图要求轮廓鲜明，分辨率不低于300dpi, 标注清晰, 便于制版。照片图需另存文档单独提交。(4) Photos must be clear (300dpi+). Submit separately.
2. 表2. Tables
- (1) 表格一般随文编排，先见文字后见表。(1) Arranged with text, text before table.
- (2) 表序采用阿拉伯数字编号（表1、表2...）; 表题应简短确切, 表序和表题之间空一格, 居中置于表上。(2) Numbers use Arabic numerals. Title centered above table.
